Terms of Service

pixbeam syncs screenshots you capture on your computer to your paired phone. Screenshots are uploaded to cloud storage and delivered to the devices you have paired to your account.

pixbeam uses anonymous accounts. When you pair a phone with your computer using a pairing code, those devices are linked to a single account. You are responsible for keeping your pairing code private and for any activity on your account.

pixbeam may include a free trial. After the trial ends, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store) and processed by RevenueCat. Subscription prices are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by country.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

You agree not to use pixbeam to upload or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, or to abuse or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

You retain ownership of the screenshots you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your screenshots solely to provide the service. Screenshots are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after 7 days.

pixbeam and its software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the software except as permitted by these Terms.

pixbeam is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of pixbeam. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of pixbeam after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
